About Me The Beginning of Broken Arrow Leather. Com I started making leather handgrip and clutch and brake levers covers when I was off work with an injured ankle. The injury happened at home so I had no workman's compensation or other income to rely on. The Lord, through my church and other Christian friends supplied the needs of my family greatly. I did not know how long I'd be off work so I started selling spare Harley parts on eBay. That went well so I decided to try to come up with something that I could make myself and market on eBay. So I made up a set of Handlebar Grip Covers. Posted them and they sold. So then I made my way into the garage to make a pattern for clutch and brake lever covers. I used my 1986 Harley-Davidson Electra Glide Classic as a model. (That's it in all the pics!). The next step was after an eBay customer requested a set of lever covers with fringe on them. I hand make every set so it was no problem. That added another item to my product list. I have also made a set of covers for some highway pegs for a customer who had purchased handgrip and lever covers. Special requests are no problem! Another customer even shipped me his levers for a really custom fit. He had a set of levers with the braided leather that had worn out or were damaged and I made him a set of my covers to replace them. After selling 100 or so sets I decided I was ready to take it to the next step and create my own website and domain name. So we have Broken Arrow Leather! About Me. I often refer to myself as a "Born-Again" Biker. I was "living the lifestyle".....Bikes, Booze, Dope...the whole lot. Heading down a path of self- destruction. In 1991 I recieved Jesus Christ as my Savior and have not been the same since!. In 1998 God called me to preach. I am currently the Associate Pastor of my church. I am working my way through Bible College with Global University (Assemblies of God Distance Education). I am also a member and currently the Chapter Chaplain of the Glory Land Riders chapter of the CHRISTIAN MOTORCYCLISTS ASSOCIATION.
